Office Manager/Medical Aesthetician
Elizabeth, "Lizzie," was born and raised in upstate New York. After moving back to the states from being a nanny in Norway, she found roots in Florida, where her parents had relocated. Elizabeth is the daughter-in-law to Brenda and mom to her son, Jaxson.
Lizzie is a Medical Aesthetician of 8 years, specializing in Chemical Peels, Anti-Aging treatments, Micro-needling, and Medical Grade Skincare. She is dedicated to providing clients with an educated, lifelong approach to caring for their skin.
She enjoys working with clients on an ongoing basis to develop a results-driven skincare routine, including both professional services and home care. She enjoys spending time with family and working out in her spare time. She is excited to meet you and help make your experience memorable!
Lead Medical Aesthetician / Laser Hair Technician
Samantha has 11+ years of experience in the skincare industry and is an experienced Medical Esthetician. She's a small-town girl, born and raised here in Florida. Her love of all things skincare and beauty were influenced by the strong women in her life (thanks, MOM).
Once she decided to pursue her passion, there was no question she made the right choice. She then became a licensed medical esthetician and has worked hard in gaining experience in treating all different skin types. She has also worked alongside physicians by guiding patients to pre-treating their skin with medical-grade skincare.
Samantha is our Laser Hair Removal technician and will make you feel calm and comfortable during your treatments! In her spare time, Sam loves to spend time with her family, watch movies, and is involved with all things art.

Assistant Manager
Kalli is a Phoenix, AZ native who moved to Lakeland with her husband in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University.
Kalli started working at Viva Vitality in 2019 doing reception and has since become a Patient Liaison. Her interest in skin health has grown into a passion. The best part about her job is seeing patient transformations and how confident they leave Viva after a treatment.
In her spare time, Kalli enjoys going to the beach with her husband and friends, drinking coffee on her porch with her dog, Basil, and eating really yummy food, of course!

Some values that are important to her are empathy, selflessness, and loyalty. Kalli always wants what is best for Viva's patients - so that's exactly what you'll get from her! Dr. Michael Seto resides in Miami, Florida. Dr. Seto is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with 20 years of experience in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery.
He attended Medical School in Miami, Florida, at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995 in Miami, Florida. He then completed a General Surgery and Plastic Surgery Residency in Cleveland, Ohio, at the Cleveland Clinic Health System in 2002.
In 2003 he completed a Hand and Microvascular Fellowship at the University of California at San Diego. In 2003 Dr. Seto formed the Aesthetic Surgery Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, which he owned and operated until 2015. In 2015 he moved to Florida and started a practice in Orlando.
He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Medical Aesthetician
Ashley received her bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2011. Growing up, she always prioritized her own skin care regimen and quickly realized she could help others achieve that ageless, healthy glow that she loved so much. Ashley pursued her license to become a Medical Aesthetician so that she could educate her patients on proper skin care regimens and how to achieve that glow that makes everyone feel beautiful in their own skin.
Ashley’s knowledge in medical grade skin care gives her the opportunity to offer patients advanced clinical facials/treatments, dermaplaning, and microneedling. Her experience promotes a positive and relaxing environment for each of her clients.
Ashley moved from her hometown of Auburndale and now resides in Lakeland with her husband, Clay and daughter, Hunter Faith. In her spare time, she enjoys going to her family farm in South Georgia, Summer trips to the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends. Come see Ashley and get that ‘glow up’!
Patient Care Coordinator
Claudia Coronado is our Patient Care Coordinator! Her name might sound familiar because she is the daughter of our beloved Lead Aesthetician, Samantha. Claudia has grown up around skin care and all things beauty because it is her mother and grandmother's passion. (Thanks, grandma!)
So, when a position as our front desk became open, she applied without hesitation. Her plan for the future is to watch as Viva Vitality grows and to continue to grow with us (one phone call at a time) for years to come.
She likes to watch musicals, play soccer, and shop for the next cool shoes in her free time!
