Facials are meant to be relaxing! A facial is an excellent way to rejuvenate, renew, relax.
We have had many patients who are first timers to our services and they are very anxious about getting a facial. They hear about how painful facials are, they may have seen videos or have heard others have a bad experiences at other spas. We are here to put that thought at rest.
FACIALS ARE NOT PAINFUL!
A facial is not painful! It should feel nice and very relaxing. There may be some light pressure on the skin, when performing possible extractions, but not painful.
EXTRACTIONS
Extractions can sometimes be uncomfortable but have no fear, our Estheticians are highly trained to keep you comfortable.
An extraction clears clogged pores by a manual process, or sometimes it is a mechanical process. It is a relatively simple process. Clearing pores of oil and dirt buildup to give you a clean start for your skin. Extractions are typically done during a regular facial.
Facials are meant to help aid in removing dead skin cells + brighten the skin. Once you gain a relationship with your Esthetician, we can devise different treatment plans going forward. We offer Dermaplane, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacials and Diamond Glow treatments.
DERMAPLANE
Dermaplaning is a procedure that exfoliates your skin and gets rid of dead skin cells and vellus hair.
CHEMICAL PEELS
A chemical peel is used to improve the appearance of the skin. It is a chemical solution that is applied to the skin and causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off and reveal healthy, brighter and new skin.
HYDRAFACIALS
Hydrafacial is a skin treatment that is performed at medical spas and dermatologist offices. It is similar to a facial, but uses a wand to deeply exfoliate the skin, infuse products and extract pores. DIAMOND GLOWS
A Diamond Glow treatment uses a diamond tip to remove the outer dead layer of skin. It infuses serums with a diamond tip wand to exfoliate the skin. It gently and painlessly unclogs pores and clears up skin.
