Viva Vitality Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. Commitment Period: Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. Early cancellations are not permitted within this period.
  2. Cancellation Policy: After the initial three-month commitment, members may cancel their membership with a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle.
  3. Billing & Payments: Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Charges are non-refundable and will continue unless proper cancellation notice is given.
  4. Pausing Membership: Memberships cannot be paused or placed on hold within the initial commitment period. After three months, pauses may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Rollover of Funds & Perks: The monthly membership fee may accumulate and be used toward eligible treatments at a later date. However, membership perks (such as discounts, complimentary services, or exclusive offers) must be used within the month and do not roll over. Unused perks will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  6. Non-Transferable: Membership benefits apply only to the individual listed on the account and cannot be shared or transferred.
  7. Policy Changes: Viva Vitality reserves the right to modify membership terms with prior notice.
