Brenda Pribila
MSN, NP-C

BOARD CERTIFIED AESTHETIC INJECTOR/ OWNER-FOUNDER

Brenda received her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from the University of South Florida, where she graduated from Sigma Theta Tau. She continued her education and received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Tampa. She maintains board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Her 15+ years of nursing experience encompass medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, labor & delivery, and case management.

Brenda’s professional focus for the last 12+ years has been in medical aesthetics and skin health with a specialization in facial aesthetic injections. She is an artist by passion and a highly skilled aesthetic nurse practitioner by profession. Commitment to obtaining optimal aesthetic outcomes while prioritizing client safety and comfort is of utmost importance. Her aesthetic philosophy is “less is more,” with the objective of delivering the optimal natural facial enhancement.

Brenda is nationally recognized for her expertise in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation through the combined use of botulinum toxin, injectable dermal fillers, and laser skin resurfacing. She is also a National Trainer. Her patients appreciate her attention to detail and the ability to enhance their beauty.

She enjoys traveling, going to farmers’ markets for fresh veggies, and hanging with her family in her spare time. She is looking forward to meeting you soon!

Elizabeth Stitzel

Office Manager/Master Aesthetician

Elizabeth “Lizzie,” was born and raised in upstate New York. After moving back to the states from being a nanny in Norway, she found roots in Florida, where her parents had relocated. Elizabeth is the daughter-in-law to Brenda and mom to her son, Jaxson.

Lizzie is a Medical Aesthetician of 10 years. However, you won’t find her in the treatment rooms anymore, she is running things behind the scenes as an office and marketing manager.

You will still catch her dancing on IG and high kicking into the weekend.

Samantha Coronado

Lead Master Aesthetician / Laser Hair Technician

Samantha has 16+ years of experience in the skincare industry and is an experienced Medical Esthetician. She’s a small-town girl, born and raised here in Florida. Her love of all things skincare and beauty were influenced by the strong women in her life (thanks, MOM).

Once she decided to pursue her passion, there was no question she made the right choice. She then became a licensed medical esthetician and has worked hard in gaining experience in treating all different skin types. She has also worked alongside physicians by guiding patients to pre-treating their skin with medical-grade skincare.

Samantha is our Laser Hair Removal technician and will make you feel calm and comfortable during your treatments! In her spare time, Sam loves to spend time with her family and is involved with all things art.

She can’t wait to meet you!

Kalli Hughes

Assistant Manager

Kalli is a Phoenix, AZ native who moved to Lakeland with her husband in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University.

Kalli started working at Viva Vitality in 2019 doing reception and has since become our Assistant Manager. Her interest in the aesthetics industry has grown into a passion. Her favorite part of her job is seeing patient transformations and how confident they leave after their treatments. She loves that the culture of Viva is to feel like you’re a part of the family!

In her spare time, Kalli enjoys going to the beach with her husband and friends, drinking coffee on her porch with her dog, Basil, and is very involved with her church, Some values that are important to her are empathy, selflessness, and loyalty. Kalli always wants what is best for Viva’s patients – so that’s exactly what you’ll get from her! She looks forward to seeing you in the clinic.

Jayden Allen

Patient Care Coordinator

You may have noticed a new face at the front desk or even heard a new voice on the phone!

Jayden is our newest Viva Angel!

Jayden is currently studying business administration at Polk State. She also has her certificate as a facial specialist.

On her days off, Jayden likes to thrift shop, go to the movies and the beach.

She is a calm, sweet, hard working new addition to our team!

Make sure to give her a warm welcome when you see her at the front desk and ask her about her favorite skincare product!

Iris Holback, DNP, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Iris was born and raised in Baltimore, MD where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University. She furthered her education at Samford University where she received her doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While enrolled at Samford, she gained valuable experience working for a plastic surgeon in Auburn, Alabama before setting down roots in Florida in 2020.She has over eight years of clinical experience in primary care, plastic surgery and neurotrauma.

Iris’ passion lies in the field of aesthetic medicine and developing individualized, holistic treatment plans for each patient. Iris is committed to enhancing each client’s natural beauty while prioritizing patient safety. Iris has received extensive hands-on training from our master injector, Brenda Pribila MSN, NP-C. Iris values building relationships with patients to provide an environment in which they feel comfortable discussing personal and sensitive medical concerns. She is passionate about the positive impact of aesthetic treatments, nutrition and medical grade skincare can have on people’s self-confidence and feelings of well-being. Iris works collaboratively with our medical esthetician to formulate personalized skin care treatments focusing on prevention and rejuvenation.

In her spare time, Iris enjoys working out, traveling and exploring new cuisines with her fiance, Nick. They love going on hikes, kicking their feet up at the beach, and relaxing poolside. She loves to spend time with family and friends along with her two sphynx cats, Pippa and Pico.

Dr. Seto

Plastic Surgeon/Medical Director

Dr. Michael Seto resides in Miami, Florida. Dr. Seto is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with 20 years of experience in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery.

He attended Medical School in Miami, Florida, at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995 in Miami, Florida. He then completed a General Surgery and Plastic Surgery Residency in Cleveland, Ohio, at the Cleveland Clinic Health System in 2002.

In 2003 he completed a Hand and Microvascular Fellowship at the University of California at San Diego. In 2003 Dr. Seto formed the Aesthetic Surgery Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, which he owned and operated until 2015. In 2015 he moved to Florida and started a practice in Orlando.

He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Seto is dedicated to providing personalized patient care and working closely with each patient to create a treatment plan that best fits their needs.
