For a med spa near Lakeland Highlands, the drive is about 10 minutes north on South Florida Ave, to our office at number 2015. A trip that short makes it practical to keep up with treatments that run on a schedule, like monthly facials, light therapy sessions and injectables every few months. Your plan is set by our nurse practitioner team, working with our licensed esthetician, Nicole Boulanger.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 9am – 5pm
Thursday : 9am – 6pm
Friday : 8:30am – 3:00pm
Saturday, Sunday: CLOSED
If you’re booking a HydraFacial in Lakeland as a regular habit, plan on 30 to 60 minutes with little or no recovery time afterward. HydraFacial and dermaplaning are Nicole’s signature treatments.
DiamondGlow exfoliates with a diamond-tipped wand while it extracts impurities and infuses serums matched to your skin. A session takes 30 to 45 minutes, and one to four sessions are typical depending on your goals.
Red and blue light therapy runs 20 to 30 minutes. Blue light targets the bacteria behind breakouts, while red light reaches deeper to support collagen and calm inflammation. It shows the most improvement with regular sessions, and most people head straight back to their day.
Viva Vitality memberships are built for people who come in often. There are three tiers, SKIN Club, Angel Wings and Halo Club, each billed monthly with a three-month minimum commitment.
Your monthly fee can build up and be used toward eligible treatments later, so a quiet month isn’t wasted. Member perks, such as discounts and complimentary facial upgrades, work differently: use them within the month, because they expire at the end of each billing cycle. Memberships are non-transferable. See the tiers and full terms.
We also offer Botox, RHA filler, RF microneedling and more; browse the full services list.
If you’re visiting every month or two, you’ll get to know the whole team. Owner-founder Brenda, MSN, NP-C, is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned her Master’s in Nursing at the University of Tampa. Facial injections have been her specialty for more than 12 years. She is also a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and a National Trainer.
Iris Liberto, DNP, FNP-C, completed her nurse practitioner doctorate at Samford University and has more than eight years of clinical experience, including plastic surgery. Medical director Dr. Michael Seto is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Miami.

About 10 minutes, or 4.8 miles, heading north on South Florida Ave to number 2015. That’s the only office; there isn’t a separate location in the Highlands. Thursday is the late day, open until 6pm, and Friday closes early at 3pm, so check the hours before you plan an after-work visit.
You pick one of three tiers and pay a monthly fee, with a three-month minimum. The fee can accumulate and be spent on eligible treatments later, but perks like discounts and free upgrades expire at the end of each month. After three months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Full terms are on the memberships page.
The drive from Bartow is about 21 minutes. We’re open Monday through Wednesday 9am to 5pm and Thursday 9am to 6pm, but Friday closes at 3pm, so plan Friday visits for the morning. Call (863) 450-4060 or book a consultation online.
